“This transformative full-arch restoration journey spanned over two years, showcasing the precision and planning required for complex implant rehabilitation. The treatment began with the extraction of non-restorable teeth, followed by advanced bone grafting. A sinus lift procedure was performed on the left side to increase vertical bone height, ensuring adequate support for implant placement.
During the healing phase, a temporary anterior bridge was used to contour and shape the soft tissues, optimizing the emergence profile for the final restorations. Implant placement involved a strategic combination of Anthogyr X3 implants:
• Two multi-unit screw-retained bridges
• One tissue-level implant
• Five custom-milled zirconia crowns
The patient is thrilled with the natural look and seamless functionality, and we are excited to proceed with the lower arch next”
