Yesterday, our recruiters had the privilege of attending the BFRS Careers Fair event in Aldershot to discuss employment opportunities with service leavers, reservists, veterans, civilian MOD employees, and their families.

We had valuable conversations about flexible, consistent employment opportunities across the South, roles that understand the realities of relocation, career gaps, and the need for stability.
