Did you know that regular cleaning can not only keep your glasses looking great, but also help prevent scratches and even eye strain?
Smudges, fingerprints, and dust can all affect your vision more than you think!

𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘀:
Always use a microfibre cloth (never your shirt sleeve!) to clean your lenses.
Use a lens cleaning spray or gentle, soapy water—just remember to rinse and dry thoroughly.
Don’t forget to clean your frames too! A quick wipe keeps them comfortable and looking fresh.

Contact lenses can be a brilliant choice for comfort and convenience, but it’s super important to take care of your eyes. Sleeping in lenses that aren’t designed for overnight wear can cause discomfort, dryness, or even infections.

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲:
Always remove lenses before sleeping unless your optician has told you otherwise.
Clean your lenses properly and replace your case every month.
