What a week we have had this week in group❗️

112.5Ib lost by my Crayford Champions this week not only that this week I handed out the following awards:

3 X 1/2 Stone Awards
5 X 1 Stone Awards
1 X 1.5 Stone Award
1 X 2 Stones Award
1 X 2.5 Stones Award
2 X Club 10 Awards - meaning these members have lost 10% of their body fat!
And 1 Personal Achievement Target Award‼️

Always so proud of my members for their commitment to their journeys and the changes they make to achieve their goals 🤩.

Absolutely incredible transformation from Kenny! 🙌🏻

‘They didn’t think I’d survive. I recorded a goodbye message to my family’.

Weighing more than 34st (215.9kg), Kenny was in a supermarket with his daughter when he suddenly collapsed – and was placed on a ‘do not resuscitate’ order by doctors. But he fought back 🏆.

With unstoppable determination and invaluable support from his Consultant and friends, Kenny lost an incredible 22st (139.7kg) and has now been crowned Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🙌.

From fearing for his life to finally living it to the fullest, Kenny is proof that it’s never too late to take those first steps 💫.

What a great day we had doing our clothes throw event! 102 bags collected which means £2550 will be raised for Cancer Research UK! 🙌🏻
