Grief Cafe

Simon Bloomfield
Simon has been working as Health and Wellbeing Coach since achieving his MSc in Coaching and Positive Psychology in 2018. He has a special interest in the roles of compassion, patience and acceptance in helping us though the difficult times of our lives.

Emma Fuell
Emma is trained in therapeutic horticulture and is a RHS qualified gardener. She provides nature-based wellbeing support in the Growing Well Garden at Bow Medical Practice and is also a nurse and registered midwife.

Join our online Zoom 'Unpaid carers and the menopause' Carers Skills Workshop where we will:
📍 Talk about the issues that you face with the menopause
📍 Discuss strategies to cope with these issues and how this will enable you to cope with your caring role
