🌝 As the evenings are drawing in we may feel low at times, myself included. It's not a problem, just be aware that the lack of light and colder weather can affect your mood. In the evenings our energy levels drop, too. The body produces melatonin which enables us to sleep at night, so we'll feel more tired. So, what to do?
Recognise the process happening. Turn on more lights, keep warm with a snuggly blanket, play uplifting music or watch a feel-good film. Avoid arguments if you can. And hopefully, with the new morning, your spirits lift again as the sun rises. 🌞
