I am teaming up with my friend Pete to support the East Devon Alive community fundraiser on Sunday 6th July in Sidford.
Some of you will know Pete from being a great help at my sound baths, and he is also an amazing gongster!

I will be starting at The Good Life Therapy Centre this Friday and have an offer for the month of June on 1:1 sound healing and Reiki sessions.

As promised, we are working hard to bring you the best therapists who offer a range of different treatments and services to support our clients 💪

Kelly Day is a counsellor, sound therapist, and reiki practitioner! She is a well-known name in the wellness world and runs top-notch sound baths around the area. We are super excited to have her join us and offer 1:1 sound therapy sessions, and of course her reiki and counselling services, as well!

Thanks so much to all of you that came to my Crediton and Tiverton sound baths over the weekend. It was wonderful to see so many people and I feel so grateful to be able to share the amazing effects of sound healing🩷✨

Happy Imbolc 🌸
As the light begins to return we can be hopeful that spring is on the way and while it may still be chilly the shoots are beginning to appear, the birds are full of song and growth is all around us. Imbolc is the festival of new beginnings .. an inspiring time to set intentions and plant seeds for the months ahead 🌿🌱
My one solitary snowdrop in my garden has found her way through the dark to stand strong and bright... 🩷

As we arrive into 2025 I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all that have supported me over the last year. I feel so grateful looking back at the year of sound baths, birthdays, baby showers, living rooms, retreats and Beautiful Days festival... Its wonderful to be able to bring sound healing into so many different events in creative ways. I have loved meeting so many people from all walks of life. 🩷
I am also grateful to work in 1:1 sessions and to witness the healing that can happen. Thank you for trusting me💜
Here's to 2025 and a lot more magic! 🤩🧚‍♀️✨
