From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.

Last chance to get your flu and covid vaccine on a Saturday, we are here until 1pm today!

If you are eligible for a flu or covid vaccine, pop in and see us.

Vaccines will continue to be available on certain weekdays for the next few weeks, if you have missed our Saturday clinics don’t worry, please call our Patient Services Team on 01363 82333 to book an appointment.

*Other vaccines are also available during the week for eligible patients, shingles, RSV, pneumococcal and pertussis to name a few. Our brilliant team are working hard to protect our patient community every day 🌟

SOS - PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL PRACTICE AND BOOK YOUR FLU VACCINE WITH US

The practice has invested over £32,000 in purchasing flu vaccines for our patient community. We have to order our vaccines 12 months in advance. Please support your local surgery and have your flu vaccine with us, we order a vaccine for all eligible patients and every patient that has their vaccination elsewhere is at a cost to the practice.

We have lots of appointment availability during October and November, so don't delay book today!
