We welcome everyone: join us on line or in face to face classes! Huge range of exercise styles available- CardioFitness, PureStretch, Legs, bums and tums, Strengthen and Stretch, Lift Lean, Keep Moving (seated), Chair based Pilates, Walk Club, HiiT and Pilates! Everyone works at their own level so all abilities are welcome! We have two closed Facebook groups where all the online sessions are delivered, and members are also emailed YouTube links for added convenience. The hot sweaty face of doing week 2 of Couch to 5k!

I’m fittish - but definitely eat too much cake and do hardly any cardio these days!

Ten years ago I did 12 cardio classes a week now I do one so it definitely has an effect on my fitness!!

What can you do to improve your aerobic fitness?

Take the stairs, get off the bus one stop earlier? Walk rather than drive for short trips?

Enjoy getting hot and sweaty today!

Online it’s Walk Club then we’ve got Pilates at Sandford Parish Hall 2.00-3.00pm.

Later this afternoon we’re at Holy Trinity Church Centre 5.50pm - 6.20pm for Dance and Lift (strength training).

It’s PureStretch Pilates 6.30-7.15pm.

Our Story

Come and find your WAY TO FITNESS. We welcome everyone: come along, join in, lose weight, get fit and have fun. From your first session you will be welcomed by Emma, every session includes 50+ minutes of exercise, suitable for all fitness levels.

There is optional one to one support to lose weight and discuss your fitness and healthy living options and goals. In addition we offer different exercise options - Cardio Fitness, HIIT, Fitness Pilates, PureStretch and Move it or Lose it - in separate sessions, as well as fun social events out in the beautiful Devon countryside.

Enjoy a complimentary taster session of any exercise style, at any venue, and there are weekly, monthly and annual options beyond that. Ask me all about how to find your WAY TO FITNESS, how to join and where to find our sessions across Exeter, East and Mid Devon!
