Becoming a Beauty Therapist.

I saw a reel yesterday that said ‘Rich in life because I have clients that fill my cup’..

And honestly, it couldn’t be more true. The connections, the deep 1:1 chats, the laughter, the quiet moments, and the trust you share with me. Being a beauty therapist is about so much more than treatments, and that is why I do what I do!

When I first started this journey, I don’t think I fully realised how much it would give back to me. The stories, the energy, the kindness - it all fills my cup in ways I can’t even explain.

Life doesn’t always go the way we plan, but it has a funny way of leading us exactly where we’re meant to be. Sometimes, the unexpected paths turn out to be the most beautiful ones.

This career has taught me that connection is everything, and I’m endlessly grateful to each and every one of you who chooses to share a little part of your life with me.

I only hope I can give back even a fraction of what you all give to me.

The conversations I have with my clients run deep, an amazing part of what I do and I love every part of it. Im all about talking real:

Regulating your nervous system can be extremely hard, especially if you’ve lived in a state of stress, fight-or-flight, or shutdown for a long time.
Maybe you’ve tried deep breathing and felt even more anxious.
Maybe your body doesn’t feel safe enough to relax, even during “self-care.”
Maybe rest feels foreign. Or even unsafe.
🤍 You’re not broken.
🤍 You’re not doing it wrong.
🤍 Your body is protecting you the best way it knows how.
You are not alone.

Nervous system dysregulation isn’t just a “mindset.” It’s often the result of:
⚡️ Unprocessed trauma
🌪 Chronic stress
🚧 Lack of safe connection
🧬 Generational patterns
💤 Burnout
And while regulation is possible, it often takes gentle, consistent, body-based support, not just more willpower or “positive vibes.”

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, from your body, from your beauty...
Know this:
You’re not broken. You’re just dysregulated.
And there’s a way back.
It starts with safety. With slowness. With sacred space.

I’ve been a bit quiet - can you guess where I’ve been? 😍

Honestly, I’m still trying to land - not just physically, but energetically. Even positive and beautiful changes like travel can be incredibly intense, and the good parts can still be exhausting.

This is something I rarely see talked about: the recovery from joy. From change. From “good things” that still require a nervous system to process. It’s real. And for neurodivergent folks, it’s often invisible.

Ps, getting covid doesn’t help either!

If you’re feeling a bit wobbly, out of sync, or like you’ve lost your footing, whether from travel, life shifts, sensory overload or just being human - I see you.

You’re allowed to take your time. No need to be ‘ready’.

When the universe whispers “You’re on the right path - keep going”…

You find yourself in the right place, at the right time, saying the right thing, without effort. Your energy is different. Softer, but stronger.

Even the setbacks feel less like obstacles and more like redirections. Days when the noise quiets. Not because the world is any less chaotic but because somehow, you’re in rhythm with it.

Its not always about something big happening, sometimes it’s in the unnoticed:
• A parking spot exactly where you needed it.
• A stranger’s smile & kindness that lifts your energy.
• A text from someone you were just thinking about.
• A gut feeling that turns out to be exactly right.

You’re not chasing. You’re not proving. You’re just… being. And it’s enough. Some things flow when you finally let go, they teach you how to trust, not just in the universe, but in yourself.

These days don’t need to be loud to be powerful. And when they come, don’t ask why. Just say thank you.
