You may see a lot of post about people reflecting on their achievements the last year and what they want from this. It’s ok if all you did was survive and that is all you are wanting from this year. I often thought it odd that people wait for he new year to put changes into place, it is entirely upto you - we can choose change any day, any minute any hour. From me I wish all my past, present and future clients the very best, not just for the new year but every minute and hour of each day 💜

Do I dare mention the C word……Christmas that is 😂 it’s seems to have crept upon me! This year I’m closing from 5pm on 20th December til 6th January with opening just two days during that fortnight.

I am open two days over this break for client sessions. Friday 27th December & Friday 3rd January, bookings already being taken. Please note that I can’t accept cancellations on these days and that payment must be made at time of booking as they are limited over the Christmas period.

Today is mental health day, if you need to talk to someone please know you’re not alone and you will be listened to.

I, myself, reached out to someone some years ago, I was unsure at first how it would help, if I could talk / open up, wondering if I was just being silly, thinking i didn’t want to burden anyone, that my pain wasn’t important, comparing my pain to others who had gone through much worse and dismissing it.

I took that step it got me out of a dark hole that I had tumbled down.

Please don’t feel that you are alone or that you don’t matter. You do 💜
