I thought I would share on world mental health day a poem I came across this year.

What is success?

How do you feel about going back to work tomorrow if you have had a break over Christmas? I am glad to back seeing my clients again, if you feel there is a change you would like to make no matter how big or small then go for it. If you feel you need some support along the way get in touch.

Christmas is not always a great time for everyone, take care of yourself this year. It's ok to miss people who can't be there with us.
