With over 10 years’ experience across finance and operations in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG and infrastructure sectors, Joanna brings both strong financial expertise and hands-on operational insight to Aboveline.

As Finance Manager, she leads the finance function across the business, overseeing financial management, planning and reporting while helping guide smarter business decisions.

Joanna enjoys tackling complex challenges and turning them into practical, effective solutions that support the wider team and business goals.

Meet the Team | Louise Davies

Louise has been part of the Aboveline journey for over 20 years. After completing a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, she joined the business during a placement year — and never left!

Her exhibition career began 25 years ago, and after a short two-year career break, she has now spent 23 years helping deliver successful projects and supporting clients across the industry.

Louise loves the variety of the role and the people she works with, with every project bringing something new. One of her favourite places she has worked is Cannes, France, where she has many successful and memorable experiences.
She approaches work with positivity, believing that a great mindset makes even the busiest periods manageable.

Advice to a new colleague:
“Dig deep during the busy times.”
Work motto:
“Smile and the world smiles with you.”
