All wrapped up for CPHI 2025 in Frankfurt! 🇩🇪

What a fabulous show it’s been! The event attracted around 62,000 visitors and almost 2,500 exhibitors — an incredible few days of energy, innovation, and connections🙌.

While we’ve yet to hold our formal client debrief sessions (and tally up the total steps walked, coffees consumed, and new contacts our clients made ☕👣🤝), the early feedback has been fantastic and every one of our feature areas was very well received.

Now, as everything is being carefully dismantled, wrapped, packed, and stored, we’re already turning our attention to what’s next…CPHI 2026 in Milan! 🇮🇹

The team have been busy in Frankfurt! 🇩🇪

After 5 show build days, our amazing team have completed 5 fabulous structures for 5 great clients at CPHI Frankfurt! 🙌

Some stands were brand new designs, while others cleverly incorporated refurbished components to meet sustainability goals — all enhanced with stunning new features including:

We’ll take a short break before returning on Thursday to pack down and head back to the UK 🇬🇧 — ready to start preparations for CPHI 2026 in Milan!🇮🇹

A huge Happy Birthday to Johnny, our fantastic Warehouse Operative! 👏

Johnny has been especially busy recently helping us get everything ready for CPHI in Frankfurt, which just so happens to be where he’ll be celebrating his birthday this Sunday!🎂✈️

As well as being a highly valued member of our warehouse team, Johnny also joins the crew on-site for some of our show build-ups and it’s become a bit of a tradition that we celebrate his birthday at CPHI each year.

Unfortunately, he might have to wait until the team (including Fran, our fabulous baker 🧁) get back before he gets his cake but we’ll make sure it’s worth the wait!

CPHI 2025 opens at the Messe Frankfurt on 28th October for three days of creating connections and inspiring partnerships across the global pharma community🌍.

For over 15 years, Aboveline has been proud to design and build for our many clients at CPHI worldwide — from Frankfurt, Paris, Barcelona, Milan, and Madrid, and now back again in Frankfurt.

This year, our team of 30 technicians and managers are heading out to deliver 5 client builds, covering 800 sqm and featuring 3 brand-new designs.

The Pharmacy Show was a great success for Théa Pharma UK last week. Kate Hart from Thea said:

Another sweet success for Fran’s Macmillan Cake Sale! 🍰💚

On the 28th September, Fran’s annual Macmillan Cake Sale was once again a huge success! Now in its 6th year, Fran has continued her incredible tradition of raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by serving and selling delicious homemade cakes and refreshments from her home in Willaston.

Every year, Fran goes above and beyond — from flyer drops across the village to late-night baking sessions creating the most beautiful (and tasty!) cakes. The stall opens bright and early at 9:30am and stays open until dusk, drawing in a crowd of loyal supporters from the local community.

This year, Fran has already raised over £2,000 — an amazing £700 more than 2024! 🎉 She also rallied support from local traders, securing over 40 raffle prizes, giving visitors the chance to enjoy cake and win fantastic prizes.

The event has truly become a must-visit date on the local calendar — and this year featured a special treat, with local singer Faye McCallum entertaining guests🎶.

A huge congratulations to Fran for her passion, dedication, and community spirit💚👏.

Aboveline has partnered with RKW for over 15 years, collaborating across numerous fairs in the UK and Europe to showcase their extensive range of electrical housewares.

Following their successful 2024 appearance with CHICCO – a leading baby care brand – RKW are returning for another exciting year at the 2025 Fair.

Together, we’ve created a sustainable, re-usable stand design that highlights CHICCO’s latest dynamic products, refreshed branding, and lifestyle imagery — giving the stand a modern, inviting look that’s sure to draw attention on the show floor.

Taking place on 12th–13th October at the NEC Birmingham, The Pharmacy Show is the UK’s largest trade show and educational conference for the community and primary care pharmacy sector — connecting healthcare professionals with cutting-edge knowledge, innovative solutions, and valuable networking opportunities.

Thea will be showcasing their product range, with a special focus on Blephaderm Eyelid Cream👁️.

Aboveline has proudly partnered with Thea for nearly eight years, developing a versatile kit of display components that keep their exhibition stands fresh, adaptable, and always on-brand.

This marks Thea’s 4th event of 2025, as they look ahead to 100% Optical — their first event of 2026!👏

The Broker Expo 20th Anniversary event took place at the NEC Birmingham - the UK’s top one-day event for insurance brokers, drawing 1,000+ professionals for a day of networking, ideas, and opportunity.

Our challenge? Recreate the success of the BIBA 25 stand in a smaller space while tackling a more unusual floor layout.

Our solution? A clever design showcasing bold, illuminated brand imagery and open access from all angles — ensuring Ageas Group's stand connected with visitors throughout the day.

The result? A thrilled client and another successful event! 🙌

Gayan and his wife, originally from Sri Lanka, have been living and working in the UK for the past 3½ years — Gayan as a designer (at Aboveline!) and his wife as a nurse. They recently returned home for a 2-week holiday to reunite with friends and family and explore the south of the island🌞.

As passionate animal lovers, they spent time at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and Kaudulla National Park, helping care for elephants, feeding them, and even swimming alongside them! 🐘💛 Gayan’s generous donation will go towards supporting these incredible animals and he’s brought back a special handmade souvenir for Aboveline.

Stay tuned… he’s putting together an illustrated resume of their trip, complete with stunning photos and videos! 📸

Sustainability Win #4 – Thanks to Ash!🌍

Our production team currently cleans the CNC machine using a standard ‘Henry’ vacuum, going through 1 dust bag for every 2 sheets!

We’re now switching to a smarter, greener setup by connecting directly to the workshop extractor unit. This automated process means no more single-use bags, faster cleaning, and improved Health and Safety♻️.
