It may be an older photo - but I thought it was time to reintroduce myself!

Whether you’re a new parent looking for gentle support for your baby, a weekend tennis enthusiast, a skier counting the days until your next trip, or a rider who lives for the stables, your body tells the story of what you love to do.

My aim is simple – to help you feel and move better.

With a background in a range of sports, I understand the knocks, strains and stresses your body can go through, and how to get you back to doing what you enjoy.

I’ll be sharing useful tips, answering questions, and keeping you up to date with local events over the coming weeks.

Just to advise the on-line booking is now possible via
www.daviesosteopaths.co.uk using the "book online" button

Choose the surgery you prefer and make sure to click on Jason's name when booking. You will then get an email confirming. Simple!
