The aim of this sanctuary is to bring together a number of teachers/instructors to use their talents and expertise in classes encompassing all quiet varieties – Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Meditation, and much more. In turn bringing awareness to the community – a taste of different styles, levels, teachers, at different times of the day, so that there will ultimately be “something suitable for everybody”.

8am - Kundalini Yoga with Noah (Sat Nam Yoga - Cheshire )
8am - Pilates with Mia Clapp
9:30am - Hatha Flow with Serenity Jules
10:15am - 9D Breathwork: The Sovereign Breath with Mel McDevitt : Breathe Align Flow
11am - Five Week Beginners Yoga Course with Shelley Aspden (FIVE SPACES LEFT)

Tight hips? Rounded shoulders? This workshop is designed to bring freedom back into your body. We’ll explore hip opening postures to release tension and support mobility, alongside heart opening postures that expand the chest, improve posture, and invite more easeful breathing.

We welcome Gaia Ceccarelli back to lead this three-hour workshop. Gaia is a great friend of the studio and known to many of our current yoga teachers as she taught them how to do it!
