Not all social media posts are happy ones and we have some sad news to share with the MoY community. It is with heavy hearts that we will be saying 'ta-ra' to one of our favourite people in a few months time. 😭
Ann Cargill has decided, or rather her wonderful healing hands have decided, that it's time to retire from massage and move in a different direction. She'll be with us at MoY until the end of March, but from that point onwards will be moving into a new career and is currently in training to be a celebrant!
Ann has been a constant for Shelley and I at the Ministry of Yoga from the day we took over, and she's been there with us through all the ups and downs, always with a big smile and words of encouragement. We could not have wished for a better partner in crime as we set about making MoY into what it is today, and she deserves a huge amount of credit for the part she's played in that too.
I'm sure many of you have experienced the incredible massages that she offers, and will miss her just as much as we will. Ann famously 'doesn't do numbers', but we do, so you now have 79 days to make the most of her Healing Touch before she leaves. Catch her while you can, she's likely to be very busy! Healing Touch at The Ministry of Yoga
Ann, we love you and wish you all the best in your future career, and just want to thank you for being there alongside us for the last 9 years. Don't be a stranger!
Lots of love
Dan and Shelley
This of course leaves an Ann-sized hole in the building as she will be vacating her therapy room downstairs at MoY. The room will be free from April onwards, so if you are a massage therapist, beautician or other kind of therapist that would like a beautiful therapy room to work from in a calming, holistic environment surrounded by like-minded people, please get in touch.
