Due to the change in restrictions face coverings are now mandatory again for close contact services.

Our therapists will continue to wear them as they have throughout, but as from 1st December it’s mandatory for our clients to wear them for appointments, of course, the usual exemptions will apply as before.

To mask or not to mask! 😷

Some of you may be wondering whether masks will still be required at the centre from today given that the legislation has now changed. So, as from today….

We’ll still be keeping the same covid policy in place regarding cleaning, spaced appointments, covid screening prior to appointments, etc. Rooms will also be well ventilated during & between appointments.

All our therapists will be following the recommendations of their professional associations, which will mostly mean for close contact (touch therapies) we’ll continue wearing medical grade masks during treatments m.

As for whether our clients are required to wear masks….from today onwards, it’s completely your choice! So, please do whatever you feel comfortable with & if you have any concerns or worries at all then feel free to contact your individual therapist & have a chat prior to your appointment.

Well, the news we’ve all been waiting for. Looks like 12th April will be the date we can re-open properly and begin offering treatments again! 🙏 🌈

We can’t wait to get back to see you all! 🌟

We’ll be in touch with everyone who had appointments cancelled due to lockdown very soon.

At the moment it’s not clear when courses, groups and workshops can resume but we’ll share as soon as we know and update the course dates in the events section of our website.

Breaking: Shops, hairdressers, gyms and outdoor hospitality will reopen on 12 April in England if strict conditions are met, under plans being set out by the PM.

Up to six people from separate households could be able to meet in beer gardens from that date.

The new four-step plan to ease lockdown could see all legal limits on social contact lifted by 21 June.

Given that Cheshire is in tier 4 as of today, this unfortunately means a little more patience our re-opening as normal will be delayed. We will be able to provide some limited services but we’ll be providing details and contacting everyone with appointments booked individually in the next few days!

Kindness has been pretty much one of the buzzwords of this year, but one of the silver linings to all we’ve experienced just lately has been witnessing all the kindness expressed everywhere, from people looking after those shielding, their families, neighbours & communities to expressing massive gratitude for our amazing NHS & key workers & all those who just gave selflessly!

Long may it all continue!!

We're sad to say that after last night's announcement we have to close our doors once again.

We've loved having you all back for treatments and those of you who have visited know just how hard we've worked to keep everything Covid-secure. Unfortunately, the services we provide are considered non-essential rather than healthcare meaning that we will have to close from (and including) Thursday 5th November.

We will be be in touch with everyone who has appointments booked and hope to be able to welcome you all back for treatments in a months time 🙏

There will be online services continuing and we'll update those details later.

This has been a truly tough year so far for all & yet it’s difficult to fully appreciate exactly how it has been for everyone, which is exactly why we don’t simply provide treatments, we’re happy to listen when you need an ear and we understand that health isn’t just about our physical health!
