📢 We’re Hiring: Domestic Assistant (Double Day Shift)

Medica Packaging Ltd is currently recruiting a Domestic Assistant to join our cleaning team on the Double Day Shift.
This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic site, working under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager or Domestic Supervisor.

🧹 Key Responsibilities Include:

• Daily cleaning of designated areas (sanitary ware, floors, surfaces, vacuuming, polishing, etc.)
• Replenishing supplies such as soap, hand towels and kitchen/canteen stock
• Emptying bins and waste disposal
• Supporting deep-cleaning and major cleaning activities when required
• Reporting maintenance issues and faults
• Assisting with furniture movement and general cleaning tasks
• Maintaining equipment and adhering to quality, health & safety, and hygiene standards
• Supporting stock control and basic administration
• Covering for other Cleaning Operators during holidays or sickness
• Assisting with training and guidance of colleagues where appropriate

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Experience:
No previous cleaning experience is required — full training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, conscientious, flexible and trustworthy, with good attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

New year, new start and exciting times ahead at Medica Packaging. 🚀

As we look back on 2025, we’re incredibly proud of what’s been achieved. It’s been a strong and positive year for Medica Packaging, made possible by the continued trust and support of our customers and partners. A huge thank you to everyone who has worked with us throughout the year, we truly appreciate your support. 🤝

As we move into 2026, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. We’re making significant investments in new machinery 🏭, expanding our factory capabilities, and strengthening our infrastructure to better support both existing and new customers. These investments will allow us to increase capacity, enhance efficiency, and continue delivering the high standards our customers expect.

📣 We’re Hiring: Lithographic Print Assistant – Komori GLX (Weekend Day Shift)
📍 Medica Packaging

Join our team and help produce high-quality printed packaging on our Komori GLX 6-colour press and LS40.

🕒 Shift options:
• Fri–Sun or Sat–Mon
• Hours: 6am–6pm (alt. Fri 7am–7pm / Mon 9am–9pm)
•
What you’ll do:
• Support the printer with setup, operation, and maintenance
• Load feeders and manage materials
• Follow make-ready procedures and safety standards
• Help deliver top-quality print results

You’ll need:
• 3–5 years’ litho press experience
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths

🎯 Print or packaging background highly desirable.
