My classes offer a welcoming space to soften, become present, and explore. The use of props is encouraged, and support and modifications are offered. My foremost goal is to share the practice in a way that is accessible to all: to meet people where they are, as they are. During my teaching I do not focus on one style of yoga as I feel people should experience all its aspects and benefits so I do love to set an intention, work on preparatory poses to work on one particular asana or have a theme. I want people to enjoy my classes, reap the yoga rewards (like I have) and leave with a smile on their face. Then, my mission, then, has been accomplished. Staying active gives me an enormous sense of wellbeing. Yoga is so important to me. It isn't just about increasing my flexibility and strength but the fusion of the mind and body it offers.
