Huge congratulations to marathon runner Pip who completed the Manchester Marathon 2026 today!
Pip is fundraising for the complementary therapy service for patients at the end of their life who wish to spend their final days or weeks at home.

Since April 2024, this incredible service has supported 100+ people, providing comfort, calm and dignity at the most important time, for patients and their loved ones 💛

During Ramadan, colleagues from across Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust came together to share a special Iftar meal, celebrating community, generosity and togetherness.

Through the event they also raised an incredible £612 for Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charity. We were delighted to present a cheque to some of the organising team and thank them for the time, care and effort that went into making the evening so meaningful.

It’s wonderful to see colleagues supporting one another and raising funds that will make a real difference for patients, families and staff across our hospitals and community services.

Thank you to everyone involved for creating such a special event and for your kindness and generosity. 💙
