Moissanite
Also known as carborundum, it is a compound of silicon and carbon with the chemical formula SiC.
It occurs in nature as the extremely rare mineral Moissanite.
This is a stone that promotes inner strength and provides radiance to all who wear it.
Furthermore, this stone removes lower vibrations and replaces them with higher ones.
When I meditate with these tones, I feel a deep-seated peace and calmness.

Wow, what a space we all created last night.
A profound meditation that led to the Halls of Amenti.
Sandra used her intuition to play the various crystal singing bowls, Koshi Chimes and Wawa tubes.
Much has shifted in the sacred space, and the effects are still unfolding for the next few days.
Until the shift has settled within our bodies.
A regular meditation helps to transform ourselves, and the reality around us.

Just a thought.

STILLNESS
Sitting still and doing nothing helps us to see who we are - and who we are not.
This is why a daily meditation practice is vital.
It shows our inner world and facilitates shadow work.
The pain we experience when we sit in silence, and I mean all pain and trauma, shows what needs to be processed.
Pain on the mental and emotional body hurts because of the attachment to it. The stories attached to them. And the managing of it.
The mind grasps, holds, and the tears come.
And we get embroiled and are no longer able to breathe and feel through them, and are no longer able to let them go.
The mind tries to manage the pain by adding labels and explanations.

It helps to feel the emotions so they can move. Remember, emotions are energy in motion.
When something comes up, you sit with it, say thank you for showing me this, and it moves—no stories, managing or explanations.
And here, it gets a bit harder. The tighter you hold on to it, the more it hurts - resisting.
This is done subconsciously.
What was a challenge for me was to be okay with not knowing what was moving within.
The mind needs to know, to name the energy.
Now, I am okay with not knowing all the details and letting it move; the mind is no longer grasping and labelling it.

And here is where our inner work and the Reiki teachings come in.
For one, I understand from where it came.
The other is to use the self-healing, to meditate and using the mantras to bring me back into alignment.

Walking the path of a lightworker also means embracing one's shadow side - with love and compassion.

Which then leads to acceptance of self and self-love. You will never find true love if you can not love yourself.
You are enough, and you are a being of infinite light.

Are you drawn to crystal?
Did someone gift you one, and now you want to learn more?

Dolomite with Pyrite.

Dolomite can be used on all chakras.
It is a very calm and grounding stone and it's linked to Earth.
These crystals will calm energies from other very high vibrating crystals like Herkimer Diamond, so one can work with that particular crystal.
Dolomite can also help those who are very sensitive to energy and the energy of the Full Moon.
For those of us who are starting to awaken, and for those who live in a fantasy world of illusions, it can help with the progress of waking up to who you truly are.
Pyrite, also known as Fool's Gold, is a very strong protection crystal and it's linked to Fire and Earth.
This crystal, too, will see behind the facade of your reality and work on all the bodies.
So here we are, having Dolomite infused with Pyrite.
I believe this is going to be an interesting partnership.
I can see a sleeping dragon on top of these crystals. Dragons are fierce and very protective of what they call mine. And for me, they represent magic and wisdom.

Just a thought

INDEPENDENT
While out walking my mind wanders off. And more often than not, it reveals something to me, providing insight or a deeper understanding of a particular thing.
Take independence, for example.
When we are ready to leave home, we gain independence, away from our parents' control, if you like.
Earning our own money, therefore, financially independent of our parents.
Working as a self-employed or freelance worker means being independent and responsible for creating an income.
And, in therory, set your own time table.
BUT
What about being mentally and emotionally independent?

That thought made me pause. Emotionally and mentally independent.
Does it mean I no longer need the validation of someone else on how I look, speak and conduct myself?
No longer in need to be loved, emphasis on need here.
Maybe when we can drop the NEED, we will be getting independent on an emotional and mental level.
Loving oneself, including the shadow side, dancing to your own tune, but having love and kindness in our heart, are we truly independent?

Something to think about when you're stuck in traffic or out walking.

This is a simple distant healing Reiki Crystal grid.
The focus stone happens to be a Clear Quartz pyramid engraved (in gold colour) with the Reiki symbols.
Then I used six crystal points and a Hematite to anchor the energy.
The power lies with the intent and activation behind it.
This is what I share during the "Introduction to the world of crystals" workshop.
