Self-Employed Physiotherapist | Private MSK Clinic | Flexible Hours

I’m looking for a motivated and confident Physiotherapist to join my small, independent clinic on a self-employed basis. This is a sole practitioner clinic - meaning you'll be working alone (no admin team), but with full clinical support and guidance from me as the clinic owner.
The caseload is primarily insurance patients with whiplash and soft tissue injuries, and you'll have the freedom to manage your day and patients in your own way. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting clinical autonomy, a calm working environment, and flexible hours to suit their lifestyle.

✅ Requirements:
* HCPC registration – essential
* CSP membership – essential
* Enhanced DBS certificate – required (or willingness to obtain)
* Comfortable with lone working and managing basic admin (e.g. patient notes, scheduling)
* You’ll need to hold or obtain professional indemnity insurance (included with CSP membership) and be comfortable working in line with basic GDPR.
💼 The Role:
* Manage your own list of insurance patients with MSK/whiplash presentations.
* Lone working within a small, quiet clinic. (Although you’ll be physically lone working, the clinic owner is always onsite during working hours for support, guidance, and emergencies.)
* The clinic environment is secure, well-lit, and has been designed with safety in mind, especially for those working alone. You’ll be given a walkthrough of all safety procedures and protocols as part of your induction.
* Set your own hours across weekdays, evenings or weekends.
* Deliver thoughtful, individualised care - no rushing, no pressure.
* Write SOAP notes after each session/complete simple reports to the insurance company following a patients initial assessment and discharge.
* Book patients in for follow-up appointments.
* Occasionally send home exercise programmes via a templated online platform.
* All other admin duties handled by me.

* MSK experience helpful, but not essential
* Open to new graduates looking for experience in private work

* Must maintain own CPD to meet professional standards
