I want to say a big thank you to all my clients past and present... but the time has now come for me to close my therapy practice and gain a better life balance for myself 😌

As you know, I have developed my own range of Aromatherapy products (www.therapyandscent.com) and this business has been my main income source for a while. It's now time to concentrate more on this.

I do envisage a return to therapies at some point in the future, as in 2023 I took the step to become a Reiki Master and I'd love to share that with you, but this may be several years down the road!

So I just wanted to say a huge thank you for letting me be a part of your healing/self care journeys. Please continue to seek out holistic therapies... your body, mind and soul will thank you for it 🙏###

How sad and shocking is this??! 😞

In a recent survey to workers, Newson Health found 48% had considered quitting their job as a result of menopausal symptoms.

These devastating figures highlight the seriousness of the impact of the menopause on our workforce. Healthcare staff are considering changing their hours or even quitting as they struggle to cope with menopause symptoms in the workplace.

Newson Health and balance founder, GP and Menopause Specialist Dr Louise Newson said: ‘Our findings reveal the stark impact of unaddressed menopausal symptoms within the health sector at a time when retention of staff is crucial.'

***Update to therapy availability 💛🧡❤

🙌 I am currently fully booked for evening appts, with regular clients, but have some DAYTIME availability for Reiki, Reflexology and Head & Facial massage appts👍...

🙌 If you are hoping for a body massage treatment, I am still doing them daytimes, however due to a reoccurring shoulder injury, I'm only doing a few each week (on top of my regular clients), so you may have to wait a little bit longer for availability....

🙌 Due to the increased amount of time necessary for sanitising procedures and additional laundry per clients, prices for all treatments are either:
60mins - £40 (here), or, £45 (mobile) regardless of single treatment/combination treatment choice.
90mins - (£60) here, £65 (mobile)... please mention how long you wish to book 😀🧡

🙌 I require a minimum of 24hrs notice for cancellation, or you will be charged the full appointment price. The only exception is if you have Covid symptoms...

🙌 Even if you have had both Covid vaccinations, due to the rising cases in the area, I am currently requesting that all clients complete a lateral flow test prior to appointments.
Lateral flow kits are free from any pharmacy, or you can order them free online.
I am also doing these... this is for the safety of both us and our families 😊x

🙌... please note that my therapy practice is currently reduced down to part time, due to work commitments on the other side of the business - Therapy and Scent. However, I'm looking to resolve this as soon as possible - I'll update as soon as I can 💛

*** I've got two therapy clients this morning, which will be so nice as I haven't seen them in ages 🧡 and after that a heap of paperwork/admin tasks - so I'll be burning my Clarity essential oil blend, in the home office, just to help with concentration and memory, as those after lunch hours are an up hill struggle 😴...!

Then it's over to the workshop to get my Aromatherapy products ready to take to Congleton Makers Market tomorrow & Alderford Lake, Whitchurch on Sunday - it's the first time back at these markets and the weather forecast looks good 🌤...
