The creative team at Oxleyโ€™s have been out this morningโ€ฆ. this weekend, step into a world of festive wonder at the beautiful St Maryโ€™s Church in Nantwich, where over 50 stunning Christmas trees on display.
Each one lovingly decorated by local schools, charities, and businesses as part of the St Lukeโ€™s Hospice Christmas Tree Festival.

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Oxleyโ€™s are extremely proud to once again take part in this magical tradition. Our tree, themed โ€œThe Light of the Worldโ€, glows with miniature lantern, symbols of warmth, remembrance and hope. We honour the importance of light in times of darkness.

MEMORIAL EXECUTIVE

We are a compassionate, family-run funeral business committed to providing the highest level of care to families during their most difficult times.
We are seeking a dedicated Memorial Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist families in selecting meaningful memorials for their loved ones, offering guidance and support throughout the process.

Location: Crewe๐Ÿ“
Hours: 3โ€“4 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

โ–ช๏ธMeet with families to discuss memorial options and guide them through the selection process

โ–ช๏ธProvide information and advice on a range of memorial products, including headstones, plaques, and other commemorative items

โ–ช๏ธProcess orders and manage all administrative tasks related to memorials

โ–ช๏ธMaintain accurate records of memorial orders and associated documentation

โ–ช๏ธHandle all customer interactions with care, respect, and professionalism

โ–ช๏ธEnsure all processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations

โ–ช๏ธManage and store data in line with GDPR requirements

Ideal Candidate:

โ–ช๏ธPrevious experience in a customer service or administrative role

โ–ช๏ธEnglish language fluency is mandatory; additional language skills are beneficial.

โ–ช๏ธConfident using Microsoft Excel and Word

โ–ช๏ธManaging data with GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation

โ–ช๏ธEnglish and Maths Qualifications

โ–ช๏ธExcellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism

โ–ช๏ธStrong organisational skills and attention to detail

โ–ช๏ธA caring, respectful, and patient demeanour when working with grieving families

โ–ช๏ธAbility to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

We hope everyone who visits St Maryโ€™s enjoys the festive forest and begins to feel that unmistakable seasonal sparkleโ€ฆ

After the festival, our tree will make its way to our Crewe Office, where we hope it will offer comfort and joy to all our families throughout the season.
