Huge congratulations to our sponsored athlete who won the Sports Personality of the Year last night at the awards evening. Huge congratulations Scott. Scott is a visually impaired athlete currently training as part of the Para Potential Squad for Paralympic judo, working toward selection for the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympic Games. As a dedicated local athlete representing our community at both national and international levels.

Judo is a demanding sport that requires not only technical skill and mental resilience, but also peak physical conditioning and recovery. Scott has some major competitions coming up both in the UK and abroad, while also representing Great Britain on the world stage. Well done Scott, fully deserved!

Been an incredible week in Chamonix! We’ve had sunshine and thunderstorms but what an incredible place with the best person ever to share this with! We’ve finished off the last bit of the TMB and now looking forward to watching the start of the UTMB later this afternoon with a pint or two!! Thank you Chamonix for a brilliant week in the mountains 🇫🇷
