Time to train smart. Sweat hard. Feel unstoppable.💯
Join us every Tuesday evening for a high-energy group session that blends the best of Boxing Circuits with functional HIIT & LIIT training. Whether you're looking to burn fat, build strength, boost cardio or just let off steam — this is where fitness meets fun.
What’s in the mix?
• HIIT & LIIT options to suit all fitness levels
• Cardiovascular fitness that challenges and improves endurance
• Strength & conditioning drills for total-body tone
• Power & explosive combos to boost athletic performance
• Boxing inspired footwork & flow
• And most importantly — FUN, community, and a serious energy boost!
We rotate weekly between:
Box-Fit – Traditional pad and shadow boxing combined with circuits for a full-body burn.
Beat-Boxing – A Hip-Hop inspired session mixing beats, movement, and rhythm-based combos — scalable for all levels. HIIT or LIIT — you decide your pace.
