🏋️ THE STRUCTURE
Tuesday sessions are non-circuit based and follow a traditional bodybuilding / strength format.
Each session focuses on:
• 1–3 main compound lifts
• Supporting accessory movements
• Controlled sets & reps
• Adequate rest between sets
You’ll work through:
• 3–5 sets per movement
• Rep ranges aimed at strength, Hypertrophy, and joint health
No rushing. No clock pressure.
You train with intent, not exhaustion.
🧠 THE PROGRAMMING
This is progressive strength training.
• Progressive overload over weeks
• Good technique and tempo
• Rest is encouraged (and needed)
• Strength > sweat
• Muscle building & bone density focused
Loads are scaled to suit you, whether you’re:
• Returning after time off
• Rebuilding strength
• Or ready to push heavier weights
This is training that respects your body — and still delivers results.
