ACCEPTING A CHEAPER QUOTE

When people accept cheaper prices, this is what they get.
3 years this post was in the ground. It should be 24" deep and barely scraped 12" with soil on top.
Look at the shape of the concrete and how much they used. All posts were less then 18" deep.

Working alongside myself, you will be expected to learn all aspects of property maintenance from hedge cutting to roofing.

Ideally you will be local so no need to drive, you can be collected and dropped back home every day.

Honesty and reliability are paramount as this is why I receive regular work from various customers.

PPE provided along with employees insurance, public liability, and plenty of on the job training.
You will need to be fairly fit, practical, sociable, and enjoy working indoors and outdoors. I work on ladders, Mobile towers, and fixed scaffolding so you will need a head for heights.

A lot of work is outdoors in rural areas, so please consider this before applying

Part time of 3 days per week, possibly full time for the right applicant after a couple of months of training.

A quality finish is the result of hard work, so be prepared for a lot of sanding, scraping, and filling.

Salary will depend on experience.

I am DBS checked and hold a current first aid certificate
