3 principles I Iive by when I diet:
1- no biscuits in the house period! I have no self control with them and I ain’t gonna pretend I do.
If they are in the house, hide them well!
2- I like to bulk meal prep for the week.
And with that do the meals or food items.
Have adequate protein.
Fill me up
Tastes ok.
In that order, I absolutely hate being hungry, so I’d sacrifice taste over hunger any day.
3- Reverse engineer weekends.
Wednesdays are date night, so I make sure I can fit a few pints in to keep things fun and inline with my goals.
You budget your money each month and have a fun fund I presume, so do the same with diet and keep it interesting.
