3 principles I Iive by when I diet:

1- no biscuits in the house period! I have no self control with them and I ain’t gonna pretend I do.

If they are in the house, hide them well!

2- I like to bulk meal prep for the week.
And with that do the meals or food items.
Have adequate protein.
Fill me up
Tastes ok.

In that order, I absolutely hate being hungry, so I’d sacrifice taste over hunger any day.

3- Reverse engineer weekends.

Wednesdays are date night, so I make sure I can fit a few pints in to keep things fun and inline with my goals.

You budget your money each month and have a fun fund I presume, so do the same with diet and keep it interesting.

Side note with meal prep we do have a banging pdf that gives you all that you need to meal prep for the week.

One of these 3 scenarios could fix your health and fitness struggle!

Scenario 1:
Your environment dictates your performance perhaps it’s not the workout you are doing but the environment it is in.
I own a gym, I never work out in it. It is not the right environment for for me to have a good workout.

Scenario 2:
Perspective, If you make the goal to try something for 6-8 weeks before deciding if it’s for you or not, then you get a clear idea of the truth in that.

Don’t get me wrong, if it’s not your thing it’s not your thing but don’t write it off because you weren’t good at it straight away!
It takes roughly 6-8 weeks to build the skill and to notice a physical difference.

Scenario 3:

Community, do you like the people that are there!?
If not it ain’t gonna work.
Particularly on days when you are struggling for motivation, if you have a group of people that you like then it’s easier to push and go… if not well, it’s a bit arduous isn’t it.
