Therapeutic massage and Complementary therapies.
I have been providing therapeutic massage for over 30 years. I integrate a variety of massage techniques including, when necessary, reflexology and head massage which I adapt to my clients needs. Deep breathing is an absolute must during any treatment and will take the edge off any discomfort felt by the client as well as enable a deeper state of relaxation. All initial appointments will require a consultation in order to assess any physical issues and to advise what I feel is required to aid healing and pain relief. I work in a spacious, bright and airy room at White Willow natural therapies, Eastbourne.
