Chair Pose is easily one of the most loathed yoga poses. This hack makes it more tolerable even as it enhances your alignment.

More great advice from Jeremy at Range of Motion!

A big part of the corrective exercise process is using a foam roller to relax muscles that are working too hard. We easily forget that foam rolling is an exercise itself and as most exercise goes, there are many different ways to do it.

This is the 3 step technique that I share with everyone after we have learned where their imbalances are and which muscles need to "relax."

During the first session of the Body Blueprint we will do a postural assessment. This assessment will help us understand which muscles are overactive and need you to "calm" them with a foam roller.
