I'm excited to announce the date of the second anniversary annual tai chi workshop.
The workshop will be held on Sunday 29th March at Neuadd Talsarnau. And will be from 10.00am until 2.00pm. There will be plenty of breaks, so it's not at daunting as it sounds. Please bring a light lunch, tea, coffee and juices provided.
I am very pleased that the class will once again be led by David Schofield from Sheffield, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience in the Lee Family system.
The event is open to everyone from newbies to veterans
Cost of the workshop is £20/£15 depending on your circumstance.

The hall in llanbedrog is having electrical work done next week so we are on the road for the next Wednesday evenings class, the 18th.
For one week only we're in the hall in Llannor. It's a lot smaller and an odd shape but we'll cope for one week.

Just an advance notice. The hall in llanbedrog is unavailable on Wednesday 18th February.
I'll try and find alternative accommodation for that evening's class, but may need to cancel. I'll let you know

FOR SALE. Brand new genuine Feiyue training shoe size 44. Be aware they fit about a half size smaller than EU sizes . Never been worn. £10 (some muppet ordered the wrong size 🙄)

Super Sunday!!! February 1st at Neuadd Pentrefelin. I'm running the first (possibly) irregular Sunday class. It'll be in two parts.

9.30 till 10.30 for anyone working on the early numbers of the form, up to 30, and beginners. Everybody welcome.

10.30 till 12.00 for anyone working beyond 30 in the form and more advanced members

Price is only £5 (£10 if you'd like to do both sessions)

Depending how this goes, this might be a monthly occurrence

This Thursday evening's class, the 22nd, will be at the Neuadd Pentrefelin and NOT the green room at Criccieth. This is due to the pantomime at the memorial Hall......no, don't say it 🤣......

Excited for the new class in Talsarnau tomorrow. If you're unsure where the hall is DON'T follow Google maps.
Head for the school and the hall is up the drive behind the school. Google maps will have you in someone's front room 🙄.
