All classes resume this week 🤗. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Just a quick reminder of the class schedule :
Tuesday afternoons, Talsarnsu.
Tuesday evenings, Penygroes.
Wednesday mornings Pentrefelin.
Wednesday afternoons Llanbedrog.
And Thursday evenings Criccieth.
All classes £10. Beginners always welcome, classes open to all ages and abilities.

9.30 till 10.30 for beginners
10:30 till 12.00 for intermediate /advanced.
£5 per session £10 if you'd like to do both

Sunday 10th of May is Super Sunday.......Again!
I'm running another Sunday class at Neuadd Pentrefelin.

9.30 till 10.30 for anyone working on the form up to move 30 and beginners in general. Everybody welcome.

10:30 till 12.00 for intermediate/advanced members working on the form beyond 30.

Price is only £5 per session (£10 if you'd like to do both)

What a brilliant workshop today ☺️. David certainly put everyone through their paces.
The time absolutely flew by.
Thank you to everyone who attended, and well done to the people who came for their first time.

Looking forward to this Sunday's 2nd anniversary workshop at Neuadd Talsarnau, 10.00 till 2.00 pm.
It's a great chance for all the classes to train together, and delighted that David Schofield will be leading the class.
Bring a light lunch and drink.
Cost between £15 and £20, whatever you're comfortable paying.
Don't follow the Google maps location, head for the school and it's the hall along the drive.
