Hours: Full/or Part time hours, Permanent Contract.
Exciting opportunity to join an established care team, based in beautiful rural Derbyshire. Help us expand our capacity.
If you are based in Crich, Holloway, Ambergate, Belper, Ripley, Cromford or in a similar location our company is perfectly placed for you to work with.

You won’t be a number in a huge company where you don’t know or your peers. We are looking for Community Support Worker/s who want to belong to a team who take pride in their work and shared team ethos.
The company has only up to 20 team members - making it a small but well connected working environment.
This role gives meaningful job satisfaction, making a real difference to the lives of people that need care to stay at home. Joining us will enable you to be part of a small care team that prides itself on its positive culture.
Previous experience is welcome. However, you do not need previous experience. All training is provided.
What we do:
We support people in their own homes. We support our clients to maintain their dignity and independence to stay at home. We work hard to engage our clients with positivity and support them to feel valued. We help those with a physical disability, those with some level of dementia, those with other associated diagnoses. The care you will provide includes: personal care, meal and fluid support, medication administration, safe and well checks light domestic duties and valuable positive engagement.
We support people in their own homes within the village of Crich and it’s nearby villages only. The service does not cover a vast geographical area.
You will need to be an effective communicator to work closely with our vulnerable clients. You will need to be kind, sensitive, reliable and able to bring positivity to the role. You will need to have a person centered approach. You will need to be a car driver.
