Here it is! Our new Beginners class with our new teacher Melissa 🎉
This will be a gentle beginners yoga class focusing on introducing the basics of yoga.
This class is suitable for those who have never tried yoga before, those who have tried and felt confused 🫤 and those who just want to go back to basics. You do not have to be ‘flexible’ Melissa will take the time to work with you to find your level of comfort with the practice.
