I am a qualified teacher and certified with Yoga Alliance Professionals, having done my training in Glasgow. I have been practising yoga for the past 15 years and prior to that, have a dance backgroud. I teach a Vinyasa Flow and Yin style of Yoga. Yoga is about harmonizing the body, through mindful movement, intergrating the breath. "Yoga is when every cell of the body sings the song of the soul"
