What is mindfulness? 🌿
Mindfulness isn’t about switching off your thoughts or emptying your mind.
It’s simply about paying attention to the present moment — noticing what’s happening around you and how you’re feeling, without judging yourself.
It can look like:
• Noticing your breathing
• Feeling the warmth of a cup of tea in your hands
• Taking a moment outside and noticing what you can see and hear
• Checking in with how you’re feeling
• Gently bringing your attention back when your mind starts to wander
You don’t have to do it perfectly.
Sometimes even a few mindful moments can help you feel more grounded when life feels busy or overwhelming 💛
