Introducing our resident yoga therapist and life coach, Lhamo Grace!
Lhamo trained in Yoga Therapy at the Minded Institute in London, and in Transformational Coaching with clinical psychologist and coach Dr Sarah Madigan in Scotland.
Lhamo is passionate about using the myriad tools from the yoga tradition - breathwork, movement, meditation, voicework and visualisation, to name a few - to help people feel better in their body, mind and emotions, and overcome obstacles to health, including stress, inflammation, poor sleep and a disconnect between body and mind.
Yoga therapy can help with a wide range of issues, including -
- anxiety
- depression
- chronic pain
- autoimmune conditions
- cancer
- degenerative conditions
As a coach, Lhamo helps people to connect with what they truly want from their lives, and take steps - both small and large - towards making their dreams a reality.
Coaching could be for you if:

- you have a big dream that you want to pursue
- you feel generally dissatisfied and you know you need to make changes
- you want to improve your relationships, including your relationship with yourself
Lhamo has a special interest in sleep, as she worked for 3 years as an advisor for a major sleep organisation, where she also trained in Sleep Counselling.
Lhamo teaches Ashtanga yoga at The Yoga Shed in Crieff and has recently started teaching a daytime yoga class for parents and carers of babies and small children.
To top it all off, Lhamo teaches dreamwork - the art of using night-time dreams to deepen self-understanding, health and life satisfaction.
