Foot pain is one of those things people tend to put up with, but if you ignore it, it can start to affect everything, how you walk, stand, exercise.
While it seems obvious to focus on the feet to solve the issue, foot issues are rarely just about the feet.
Common issue I see in clinic include plantar fasciitis, heel pain, aching arches, pain after walking or standing.
But these are often linked to:

• Imbalances in posture
• Overworked or fatigued muscles
