A sanctuary of sound awaits you

So excited to continue these monthly Sessions. It is such a beautiful tranquil and welcoming space that allows us to really relax into the Sessions.

The Friday night has been a favourite from the start.
I mean, Who doesn’t like to end the week with deep relaxation!

Saturday’s mornings are back combining the relaxing power of sound and qigong.
Imagine a few gentle exercises to energise the waking body followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath. Bliss not to miss! A great way to start the day.
