Free mindfulness course delivered by Pain Concern.
They have really useful resources for people living with chronic pain issues.
Join our free 8-week online Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) for people living in Scotland with pain and their carers. This is being run as a joint venture by Pain Concern and Cath Ashby our mindfulness teacher.
Each 2-hour weekly session includes tools and techniques to use in daily life which can help us be more present, deal with life’s challenges and to grow qualities such as self-acceptance. There will be time to share experiences, if you wish to, and feel part of a supportive community. Everyone is welcome!
