Forever we will sing the praises of PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISE being WHOLE BODY MOVEMENT which is why this exercise is a 'triple threat'.....we get the ankles, inner thighs and arms involves because guess what?? They all 'speak to the Pelvic Floor'!!! If you've been 'squeezing and clenching' with results.....if your Pelvic Floor instructor doesn't include HOW YOU BREATHE in your work with them.....we're waiting for you ;-)
