MY DAILY MENU ON SLIMMING WORLD

🌻 sliced roast beef and beetroot
🌻lentil soup homemade syn free
🌻M&S chunky steak chips & Syn Free champ, mash with spring onions. Wee tip soak the onions in some milk and that makes them a bit less strong.

🌻300ml skim milk Healthy 🅰️
🌻55g Seriously lighter cheese Healthy 🅰️
🌻1 slice wholemeal bread from 800g loaf Healthy 🅱️

Syns were peanut butter 2
Cherry conserve 1
