💜Good morning! Firstly... please be aware the coffee morning will now start from 9:30am - hopefully, that will make it a bit easier for those of you on a local school drop-off so you don't have an awkward gap between. Come on in, make a cuppa and have a chat!

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to those of you who joined the coffee morning last week. A support network is vital, especially when you're getting through that long wait for diagnoses. It would mean the world to me if you would continue to spread the word to ensure those who need support know we're here!

We had an excellent day yesterday with the lovely Jack and Josephine, training to be facilitators for Choice Support . Jack and Josephine have been their own VIP Red Bags and I think they like them 🤩

It's today! Myself and Greg are at Pontefract Town Hall this afternoon for Turning Point's great event. Lots of helpful workshops going on throughout the afternoon and some amazing stalls all ready to meet you

Please join me in giving a big welcome to Greg who has started with me today, in a paid role as Event Supporter for the VIP Red Bag scheme. Greg has lived experience of a learning disability and will be with me at future events, like next Wednesday's careers event in Knottingley
Greg is a keen photographer so will be taking pictures throughout events, with people's permission, of course (as I always forget to take some)

A day out in Liverpool today as a guest speaker for the Annual Learning Event for ACPPLD. What a lovely day, a great insight into the world of Learning Disability Physiotherapists and always made better with a thank you gift and a goodie bag (gotta love a goodie bag!!)
