Here’s a little bit of fun

🦶 How smart is your right foot? 🧠

Here’s a little challenge for you…

1️⃣ Sit comfortably and lift your right foot off the floor
2️⃣ Start making clockwise circles with it
3️⃣ While doing that, draw the number 6 in the air with your right hand

Did your foot change direction? 😄

This classic coordination trick shows just how closely your brain, nerves, and feet work together. Your feet do far more than carry you around—they’re constantly communicating with your nervous system to keep you balanced, coordinated, and moving safely.

If you’re going to wear flip flops this summer, then these are the better ones to try… arch support and comfort, much better than the usual flat ones…lucky to have them at our local shoe shop!
