If you’ve ever left a massage wishing you could take that feeling of balance home with you, this is for you. Along with my co-host, mental health therapist , I’m diving deep into how we can navigate this chaotic world through the 6 Pillars of Wellbeing.
We’re breaking down the evidence-based "5 Ways to Wellbeing," plus our own essential 6th pillar: Value Yourself (because you can't pour from an empty cup!).
Providing practical tips, info on local activities, and a whole load of chit chat between two therapist friends. Plus, in every episode, we review a brew!
This podcast is our way of connecting in a new way with our clients and our community - giving a monthly dose of inspiration, a bit of laughter, and a reminder to look after yourself.
