The Massage Hut is a unique massage studio based in a peaceful clearing on the grounds of The Grove in Cromer, on the stunning North Norfolk coast. We are a team of therapists who provide holistic massage treatment tailored to your individual need, relieving stress or tension and aiding relaxation and well being. The service is available to hotel guests and visitors, with plenty of on site parking.

​For over 7 years, you’ve trusted me to help your bodies feel their best at The Massage Hut, but I’ve always felt there was more to the conversation.

Today, I am so excited to finally share a project that’s been brewing behind the scenes!

​Introducing: Body, Mind and Brew Podcast! ☕️✨

​If you’ve ever left a massage wishing you could take that feeling of balance home with you, this is for you. Along with my co-host, mental health therapist , I’m diving deep into how we can navigate this chaotic world through the 6 Pillars of Wellbeing.

​We’re breaking down the evidence-based "5 Ways to Wellbeing," plus our own essential 6th pillar: Value Yourself (because you can't pour from an empty cup!).

Providing practical tips, info on local activities, and a whole load of chit chat between two therapist friends. Plus, in every episode, we review a brew!

​This podcast is our way of connecting in a new way with our clients and our community - giving a monthly dose of inspiration, a bit of laughter, and a reminder to look after yourself.

Making the most of our annual closure to gather as a team and enjoy some quality time together. We are like ships passing at the Hut, so it's great to reconnect, share stories and food, and have a giggle. I'm so grateful to this wonderful team (and the two unable to attend) for all the passion and professionalism they bring to the Hut every day.
Huge thank you to lovely Aimey of for guiding us through yoga and soothing sound, and for letting us play around with your bowls.
We will return refreshed and ready for the year on 17th January. 💜
