December can be full-on with parties, travel, family, late nights… and suddenly movement drops to the bottom of the list. 🎄�
But staying active doesn’t have to mean finding an hour for the gym.

Here are simple ways to keep moving during the festive rush:
✨ Micro-workouts: 5–10 minutes of movement still counts.�
✨ Walk whenever you can: Park further away, take the long route, or add a 10-minute loop.�
✨ Stretch in the evenings: Especially after long days of sitting, driving or shopping.�
✨ Choose “movement snacks”: 10 squats, 5 Press ups, or a few mobility moves while the kettle boils.

A little consistency keeps your joints happy, energy levels up, and your stress lower.

✨ We naturally move less, meaning joints don’t get the lubrication they need.
✨ Rushed routines & busy schedules often mean we skip workouts, move less and rest poorly.
