Quite a few women I’ve spoken to this week have said to me that they feel completely exhausted. That it feels like the festivities are just catching up with them and that we are thrown back in to routine too quickly.
Although this is the time of year to be resting and taking care of ourselves, sometimes we just can’t. Add peri-menopause, children, family commitments and work into that and no wonder we as women are tired! I honestly feel it too.
It got me thinking what could I offer? How can I help women that are tired and overwhelmed but don’t really have that much time for themselves.. so I created this…

A 90-minute nervous system reset
This class is for women who are tired in a way that sleep alone doesn’t seem to fix.
If you feel wired but exhausted, emotionally overloaded, restless at night, or like your body is constantly “on alert”, your nervous system is doing its best to protect you but it’s completely unregulated.
Many women, particularly during peri-menopause, experience higher cortisol levels due to hormonal shifts, long-term stress, caring responsibilities and years of putting themselves last.
