Thank you everyone for your patience over the past week. Been a testing time for everyone with us having these system issues.

However, we are back up and running and have caught up with some speedy dispensing from the girls.

Hi Guys,

If you have visited us over the last week you will have realised we are experiencing some major disruption with our pharmacy software.

We have been promised this is getting fixed and had a new computer installed today which worked for half an hour and then also crashed.

The girls at Crook do not have the ability fix this and unfortunately can only direct customers to nearby pharmacies until this issue is resolved. We are in constant contact with the software Helpdesk and have escalated the situation with their regional managers.

We will keep you updated via our usual channels and if you can wait an extra day for your medicines that would be greatly appreciated.
