YOGA WITH LISA My style of yoga is a Hatha based energetic Vinyasa Flow .

In Vinyasa style yoga we flow dynamically from one posture / asana to the next whilst connecting with the breath. I encourage students to flow at their own pace and to move intuitively in a way that their body needs. I offer variations and modifications to make my classes accessible to all no matter where practitioners are in their yoga practice.

Tropic Hydrogel Eye Masks to the rescue 🤣

I know it doesn't take away the lines but definitely reduces the puffiness.

Looking at the left eye in particular as that's the side I sleep on 💤

These can be purchased as eye masks or full face masks. I just used the eye masks this morning.

absolutely love my bespoke Tropic Colour Palette because it's almost my full makeup routine in one palette.

I can mix and match my colours as they lift out with magnetic pan holders and the pans can be replaced and recycled.

I've never been one for long makeup routines and this is honestly the fastest most effective I've ever found.

In mine I have:

💚 Highlighter
💚 Bronzer
💚 Blusher
💚 Eye Shadow
💚 Brow Powder

It's super quick and easy and just gives me that lovely pick me up for week day makeup that looks natural and not heavy.
