Step into the quiet glow of candlelight as we welcome the turning of the lunar year and the potent energy of the Fire Horse.

⭐This is not just a yoga class, it is a ritual of release, renewal and awakening.

⭐Under the darkness of the New Moon — the sacred space of possibility — we soften into long, nourishing yin postures designed to open the heart, release stored emotion and clear space for what is ready to rise.

⭐The Fire Horse represents courage, passion, movement and unapologetic authenticity. It asks us to move forward boldly… but from a place of inner steadiness.
