Highly recommend Spine Fine Chiropractor. Leigh has helped me massively with long-term back, neck and knee pain built up from years of training. Luke, the sports therapist, has also been brilliant, resolving persistent forearm, lower back and shoulder issues using acupuncture, cupping and massage.
Having a desk job really takes its toll, but regular check-ins here have made a huge difference. I’m now lifting weights comparable to what I could 20 years ago. Professional, knowledgeable and genuinely effective.
