🚨Client appreciation post 🚨
Stuart came to me wanting to ‘tone’ up having never stepped in to a gym before and consuming a diet of unhealthy foods and plenty of beer!
Having changed the diet with plenty of protein, sustaining a reasonable amount of calories and a major reduction in beer (note not completely restricting), training with me twice a week, Stuart has ‘only’ lost 3kg on the scales, but you can see a big difference in his shape (fat loss) in particular his face, waist and back with shoulders and chest gaining muscle. Not only that, his confidence and happiness has massively improved too!!!
As a PT, my view is unless you’re competing or you have a valid reason for actually needing to reduce your overall weight (job etc), the scales is just a number and it should never ever be your priority! A tape measure, clothing sizes or the mirror is always a better gauge.
DM me if you’d like to work with me for 1-2-1 sessions or group sessions , or online training!
